Role:
The Talent Coordinator handles all things talent—making sure hosts, guests, and on-camera personalities are informed, prepped, and ready to go. They’re the point person for keeping talent happy, confident, and on time.
Description:
This role includes managing call times, wardrobe guidelines, mic checks, and any last-minute needs or adjustments. The Talent Coordinator ensures all talent have show flows, understand blocking, and are comfortable before going live, often serving as a liaison between talent and production staff.
