The Producer is the project’s heartbeat—planning, organizing, and executing the production from pre-production to wrap. They manage logistics, content flow, and ensure everyone’s working from the same playbook.
Description:
The Producer creates rundowns, coordinates with clients and crew, and keeps the production on schedule. During the event, they oversee pacing, ensure sponsor elements are integrated, and troubleshoot any content-related issues. They’re often the glue between technical and creative teams.
